01. Website use

This website is provided to help visitors explore WillowAndLuck’s restaurant, Card Lounge, Card Room, physical poker tables, poker nights and private-group experiences. It is a practical starting point for learning about the venue and deciding whether to make an enquiry. Information on pages such as the Restaurant, Menu and Offline Poker pages is general information and may change as the venue evolves.

Please use the website lawfully, respectfully and in a way that does not interfere with other visitors or the operation of the site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its systems or related services, or use the site in a way that is harmful, misleading or disruptive.

  1. Use information on the site as a guide and contact WillowAndLuck directly when a detail is important to your plans.
  2. Do not introduce material, code or activity that could interrupt, damage or improperly affect the website.
  3. Do not use the website to impersonate another person or make an enquiry on someone else’s behalf without authority.

Our material

The text, imagery and design material shown on this website help communicate the WillowAndLuck experience. They should not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission. Sharing a page or link in a genuine personal context is welcome where the surrounding context remains accurate and attribution is preserved where applicable.

  • Do not remove or obscure context that explains what a page, image or venue detail represents.
  • Ask for permission before reproducing website material in a publication, campaign, presentation or commercial setting.

02. Enquiries, reservations and private groups

Visitors may enquire about dining, private gatherings, corporate gatherings and group experiences at WillowAndLuck. An enquiry helps begin a conversation; it does not by itself guarantee an arrangement. Any proposed visit or experience remains subject to venue availability and WillowAndLuck confirmation.

Please provide accurate contact and group information so the venue can understand what you are planning and respond appropriately. Details for a private or group experience may be discussed directly with the venue, including the kind of gathering, preferred timing and the spaces that may suit your group. For assistance, use the Contact Us page.

  1. Availability may differ between dining spaces, the Card Lounge, the Card Room and other venue areas.
  2. Information supplied in an enquiry should be current and relevant to the interaction you are requesting.
  3. WillowAndLuck may need further details before it can consider a proposed group or private experience.

Changes to arrangements

If relevant details change, please advise WillowAndLuck promptly. Changes can affect how the venue understands your visit, group or requested experience. WillowAndLuck may also need to adjust arrangements where reasonable because of venue operations, safety or availability, always subject to applicable law.

  • Tell the venue about material changes to your group, timing or requested venue interaction as soon as practicable.
  • Keep communications respectful and clear so that any revised arrangements can be considered properly.

03. Venue conduct and offline poker

WillowAndLuck is a real shared venue for dining, drinks, conversation, private gatherings and face-to-face entertainment. Guests are asked to contribute to an atmosphere in which people can settle around a table, speak comfortably and enjoy the spaces together. Please behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, the venue and its furnishings.

Offline poker at WillowAndLuck takes place in person around real physical poker tables, including in the Card Lounge and Card Room. These are shared social spaces, not isolated digital experiences. The same consideration that applies across the restaurant applies around a table: be present, respect personal space and follow reasonable staff directions intended to support comfort, safety and venue operations.

  1. Do not engage in disruptive, unsafe, threatening or harassing behaviour.
  2. Respect staff guidance and the comfort of people dining, talking or taking part in face-to-face entertainment nearby.
  3. Treat the Card Lounge, Card Room and all shared areas as spaces used by a range of guests and groups.
  4. Take reasonable care of tables, seating, cards, accessories and other venue property.

04. Content, privacy and communications

Information you provide through the website or an enquiry may be used to respond to you and support the interaction you have requested. Please provide accurate, current information when making contact so WillowAndLuck can understand your enquiry. Further information about the handling of personal information is available in the WillowAndLuck Privacy Policy.

Photography and shared spaces

WillowAndLuck brings people together in dining and social settings, including the face-to-face Card Lounge and Card Room. Visitors should respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and staff when taking photographs or recording in and around the venue.

Any photography or recording should be considerate and follow reasonable venue directions. Before including others in an image or recording, take care to ensure that your actions do not intrude on their experience or disrupt the shared space.

Messages to WillowAndLuck

Website contact channels are intended for genuine questions and venue-related requests. Do not send unlawful, harmful, misleading or disruptive material through those channels. Keep messages relevant to the interaction you are seeking, whether that concerns dining, a group occasion or another WillowAndLuck experience.

  • Do not use contact channels to send material that is inappropriate, abusive or unrelated to your requested interaction.
  • WillowAndLuck may decline or remove communications that are inappropriate or unrelated to the matter raised.

05. Liability and availability

WillowAndLuck aims to keep website information useful and current, but cannot guarantee that all content is complete, current or available at all times. The site is designed to help you explore the venue, not to replace a direct conversation where a particular detail is important to your plans.

Menu items, venue details, room availability and social experiences may change. This can include information relating to dining, the Card Lounge, the Card Room and physical poker tables. If a particular detail matters to your proposed visit, please contact WillowAndLuck directly before relying on it.

  • Website pages may be corrected, changed or withdrawn as information is reviewed.
  • Venue spaces and experiences may be unavailable or different from what is described at an earlier time.
  • Visitors should confirm important details directly with WillowAndLuck when planning a visit or group interaction.

Extent of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WillowAndLuck is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on website information or use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms should be read with that continuing protection in mind.

06. Governing terms and questions

These terms are governed by applicable law. They are intended to set clear expectations for use of the website and relevant interactions with WillowAndLuck, while preserving any rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

If any part of these terms is found not to be enforceable, that part will be treated as limited only to the extent necessary. The remaining parts continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
